How do I unlock my account?
To protect our content from copyright infringement and subscribers from the civil or even criminal liability it could impose, our system is designed to suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.  When this happens, MMI Inc. is notified and your account is locked for 24 hours.  To remove the lockout sooner, please send your request to support@smartgridtoday.com.
