Shipping and handling

All MMI Inc. shipping and handling is FREE!  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or email.

Audio CDs are shipped and on-demand audio conference downloads with instructions are emailed within two business days of receipt of your order (for upcoming events, CDs and downloads are shipped within three business days after the live conference.)

For live audio conference orders, receipts are sent within one business day of your order and instructions and handouts, if available, are sent one week prior to the live event.

Once you've submitted your order for a Smart Grid Today subscription online, you'll receive immediate access to the subscriber-only website using your preferred username and password and your first issue and receipt will arrive by email within one hour (phone, fax and mail orders are processed within one business day).
