The only information we obtain about our users is that information we need to process their request for a subscription or other information product -- including email/name and in some cases telephone, address and credit card information for order processing.  The personally identifiable information provided by our users such as name, email, address, telephone number, payment details and any other information specific to an individual is never disclosed to any individual or business.  Generalized information about trends in online subscriptions and sales may be aggregated and shared but never in a way that reveals any specifics about any user's identity or the identity of their company.

Website Cookies

Each time a subscriber logs into this site, we store a temporary 'cookie' in the browser files of that subscriber's computer.  This cookie is used during the online session to allow free access to multiple pages of the protected Subscribers Area without asking for the user name and password to be re-entered for each page view.  When a user logs off or leaves the site for a short period of time, the cookies file expires.

External Links

In order to provide visitors with greater value, some of our website pages may provide links to various third-party websites.  In no case are user information or 'cookies' provided to the third party sites.  However, keep in mind that many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when you browse those sites and once a user leaves our site, we are not able to alert you should another site attempt to gather information from your browser.

Private Forums

We provide some users with a multi-tiered Discussion Forum that makes sharing information with other subscribers easy.  To protect a user's privacy when posting or replying to messages in the message board, personal information such as email address is not revealed -- but please remember that any information disclosed by a user in a posted message can be viewed by all other users with access to that service and caution should be used in the disclosure of personal information.

We use a variety of security measures including encryption and authentication from Thawte to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information that we receive.

Choice/Opt-In

Our website gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us.  Users can be assured that we never reveal, sell or make available their email address to anyone for any purpose.  MMI also makes available the option to remove user information from our active database in order to stop receiving our communications -- and to be added to a blocking list to keep their contact information from being added to our database in the future.
