Is your existing AMI deployment safe from cyber attack?  What about the smart grid plans your firm is pouring time, effort and money into creating now?

As we begin to realize the benefits of the smart grid in deployments across the U.S. and the world, we can't ignore the potential security problems we face as these systems grow.  The smart grid requires a combination of different technologies that rely on network connectivity, posing significant security issues that must be addressed from the start.

The smart grid may be new, but relevant standards, protocols and benchmarks have been in development for years.  As the smart grid continues to evolve, so, too, will the industry's response to its changing security needs.

Whether you're a decision-maker, planner, implementer or researcher at an electric utility, a service provider to utilities, a security agency, a regulator or regional policymaker, a technology provider, a think-tank or in any way invested in the development or deployment of smart-grid technology products, you won't want to miss this web conference on demand, "Smart-Grid Security Solutions."

While there are many smart-grid security concerns to address, that's been true of almost every technology developed in recent years.  For example, the Internet, ubiquitous as it is, has always struggled with security issues, and an entire new industry was built to address them.  The same will be true as the smart grid expands, but because of the Internet, we're already in much better shape to combat them.

This is a "can't-miss" opportunity to learn the critical details and get the experts' perspectives about how to best secure the smart grid as it grows, so order the web conference recording now.  Or for more information, call us at +1-301-769-6903 (888-980-4446 in US & Canada).
